Oh my...so much has happened since Neuschwanstein..
I'm in Dresden now and have been here for a week. It has been a bit difficult, and much harder to meet and get to know people than in München since that was a language course for only a month where everyone was new together.
But the last couple of weeks in München were great...tons of Oktoberfest, drunk people everywhere which got annoying very fast, and then Mom came to visit!
I tried to show her around München, we did Oktoberfest, she met my friends, we ate in good Italian restaurants, walked to Schloss Nymphenburg which was only about 20 minutes away from my apartment.
Then we went to Salzburg for the Sound of Music Tour, which was Mom's favorite part...
Salzburg is a BEAUTIFUL city and next time she comes back we will have to stay longer than just one day.
Then we went to Paris...which was probably my favorite part of her visit!
So first....pictures of München!
The first pictures are of the Rathaus (like city hall kind of) with the famous Glockenspiel...which spins around at 11, 12, and 5 everyday!
Then there are pictures from Schloss Nymphemburg--the palace in München..
Mom in front of her pink house, and a sign that says Prince's Garden with Pavillion (Witch's Little House) and a picture of the Witch's House which was kind of creepy--in the woods apart from the castle. Kind of like the pink house..there were smaller guest houses all over the property in the park.
Then pictures of the actual palace and the grounds.
Mom has all of the pictures of Salzburg because I didn't have my camera charged that day so I will have to get those from her to post later! And then I will post Paris pictures!

This Pegasus is seen in the movie when they're running around the fountain!
This is of course the palace they used for the back of the Von Trapp house! And the lake where they all fall out of the boat!
